Chidorigahama Beach

Beach

Osatsu is a town of both fishing and tourism. Along the coast lined with hotels is Chidorigahama Beach, a stretch of white sand ideal for swimming in summer and for leisurely walks in other seasons. Beside Chidorigahama is a pebble beach used for fishing. Ama huts, where ama change and relax, are scattered along the shore, and many ama enter the sea from here. Both beaches offer seascapes that are distinctly Osatsu.
